Krista M. Marchman, PhD.

Krista M. Marchman Ph.D. is the founder and director of Educational Consulting Associates, Inc., an independent psychology practice specializing in psychological, psycho-educational and neurodevelopmental assessment and therapeutic consultation for children, adolescents, young adults and their families, Dr. Marchman has 30-years of experience in diagnostic evaluation, educational therapy and parenting consultation.

Licensed as a school psychologist practicing almost exclusively in clinical settings throughout Louisiana, Georgia and Florida, Dr. Marchman’s experiences in both clinical and educational settings have allowed her to develop a niche specialty of differential diagnosis in complex cases where many conditions present with similar and overlapping features.

Additionally, she has conducted numerous community workshops for schools and parents and national seminars for professionals about children with social, emotional and learning problems and their co-occurring conditions, and she has trained clinicians on conducting neurodevelopmental evaluations and on self-regulation in children with executive functioning deficits.

Dr. Marchman has served as an adjunct professor at Valencia College where she taught developmental and general psychology courses.
